Born in Middle Village and raised in East Northport, Dominick Kortkamp learned to be a team player on the many athletic teams he was part of through out his school years. He earned his Bachelor's Degree at West Virginia University and upon graduation in 2001, began his search for a rewarding career in a company that offered long-term growth potential. He found that opportunity at the New York Life Insurance Company in the Long Island General Office.
After joining New York Life as an Agent in 2002, he went on to capture all of the Company's awards - Life Centurion Award, Life All Star Award, Career Foundation Award. Dominick was the first Agent in the Long Island G.O. to achieve over 100 paid cases in their first contract year. In 2004 Dominick was recognized as the New Organization Agent of the Year and qualified for two consecutive Executive Councils.
"I believe knowledge is the key in this business." With that in his mind, Dominick earned his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and his Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designations from The American College.
In October of 2004, Dominick became one of the youngest people to be promoted to the Partner position at New York Life. In 2007 he qualified as one of the Top 50 Partners in the Company. In September 2008 Dominick met all the Company's requirements and was promoted to Senior Partner. Dominick was again promoted in March of 2009 to become the Managing Partner of the Hudson Valley General Office in Orange County, New York.

Kevin grew up in the greater San Francisco area before enrolling at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 1998. In 2000, he entered the field of financial services, where his career has never looked back. “I knew I wanted to work for myself, be paid what I am worth, and be in control of my own destiny.”
In 2003, after a successful run as an agent for several years, where he attained numerous awards and sales accomplishments, Kevin decided to go into
management. He wanted to be a manager so that he could impact the lives of many others by helping to train and develop new agents. He joined the Hudson Valley General Office of New York Life in 2007 where he has contributed to the growth and success of the office. Kevin has helped the office grow in manpower and has been instrumental in the development of the new agents.
Kevin holds the CLF (Chartered Leadership Fellow) designation through the American College. He holds an accident and health license, a life license, and has his Series 6 and Series 63. He is licensed for insurance and securities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He is also a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). Kevin resides in New Paltz, NY with his wife Karen, and their 2 children, Cole and Addison. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and fly-fishing .

Don was born and raised in Bellerose in the borough of Queens in New York. He attended SUNY Oneonta where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics. He relocated to Orange County in 1997.
Don came to New York Life in the spring of 2006, after a successful run as the owner of a local Sports Complex that he built from the ground up. During Don’s career as an agent he attained Executive Council status every year. And along the way has collected numerous awards including the Life All Star and Career Success. Don was promoted to partner in April 2009.
Don is an active member of the community; coaching baseball, soccer, and basketball. He also volunteers for a variety of local charities and service organizations. And he has been the chairman of The Hudson Valley General Offices Charity Golf Outing the past two years, to help raise funds for the area youths. Don’s passion for assisting others he feels has lead to both his personal and professional growth.
Don and his wife Jayme reside in Cornwall on Hudson, NY with their 2 children.

Born in Kingston, NY, John earned his Associates Degree in Agricultural Business from the State University of New York, Cobbleskill.
John started his career in 1975 with Prudential Insurance as an agent in the Kingston, NY office. He was a leading agent with 120 paid Life Insurance policies in his first year. During his time with Prudential, John was served as an agent, a Sales Manager and a District Manager in the Mid West before coming back home to New York and managing a branch office in Port Jervis.
In 2009, John joined New York Life as a Partner.
In Johns 34 year Insurance Career he has obtained such accolades as, Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, 12 Citation Council Conferences, 2 International Conferences and obtaining his Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow designation (LUTCF) from the American College.

Jim has been in the insurance business since 1983, starting in the claims end of the industry, spending 13 years as an Auto Damage Appraiser with companies such as State Farm, Liberty Mutual and General Accident Insurance. Jim became an Agent in 1993 with Prudential Insurance Company in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was promoted in 1996 to a Sales Manager and then Branch Manager, prior to joining New York Life in 2001 as a Sales Development Manager.
Jim has earned the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from the American College and appears in the 2002-2003 International Who's Who of Professionals and 2007-2008 edition of Madison's Who's Who.
Jim is a published amateur photographer and lives in Milton, NY with his wife Jeri.

Erv grew up in Minnesota and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, St. Cloud, as well as the U of M in Moorhead, Erv joined New York Life Insurance as an Administrative Manager Trainee in the Sioux City office in 1979. He has worked in New York Life field offices in Connecticut, Wyoming, and has been in New York since 1995.
Laurie DeNardo

Laurie joined New York Life as a Compliance Examiner in the Corporate Compliance Department. Her compliance experience is in the retail banking and securities’ industries. Prior to joining New York Life, Laurie worked as a financial advisor.
Laurie earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Pace University in Finance and Economics. She is looking forward to making a significant contribution to the success of the agents and the G.O.
